1. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel a booking up to 7 days before the scheduled departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Rowan Treks: If we need to cancel or reschedule a trek or service, you will receive a full refund or an alternative booking option.
  • Non-refundable Charges: Any booking fees or third-party charges, such as permits, are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges or rescheduling at our discretion if there is availability. However, any changes must be requested no less than 7 days before the scheduled start date of the trip.

3. Warranty and Quality Assurance
We guarantee the quality and safety of the services provided. If you feel the service was not up to standard, please contact us within 14 days for a review and potential compensation.

4. Return Policy for Products (if applicable)
For physical products (e.g., gear, clothing), we accept returns within 30 days if the product is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
